Covid-19 Prevention Policy
Due to the current situation we are all dealing with at present and the Corona virus in general, CBD for Life - Malta has implemented some safety procedures to protect ourselves and our customers.
Home Deliveries are still available, and our drivers follow very strict guidelines, and we hope that our customers understand the restrictions this may put on our service levels.
We offer a fully contact less payment option by taking orders through our website with various online and contact less payment options.
Revolut - Payment instructions are on your order confirmation email - Please make the payment after your order has been made through your app.
BOV Mobile Pay - Only available if you use the BOV Banking App - Payment instructions again will be on your confirmation email received after your order is made.
Bank Transfer - This option can cause some delay to your item being dispatched due to transfer time from banks other than BOV - Please bear this in mind when choosing this option.
Cash On Delivery - We are trying very hard to avoid any contact but some people just don’t have any other option to pay for their orders contact less and this must always be a last resort during these times - To pay cash on delivery please CONTACT US by email on cbdforlifemalta@gmail.com for instructions. Please ensure cash payment is made to the driver by way of putting the cash in a sealed envelope and placing this down when the driver arrives, allowing 2 meters for our driver to pick up.
Upon Delivery
Our driver will advise of their arrival - Please come down to collect your parcel - Do not ask the driver to enter the building as this not only adds risk to the residents in your building but also our drivers and future customers thereafter.
The driver will place your delivery in the doorway and step back and wait for you to come and collect - Please ensure social distancing guidelines are followed at all times to protect all parties.
